Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 9 August 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Cadive runs autonomous work on your behalf. That makes it useful, and it makes misuse cheap. These are the lines.
Do not use Cadive to
- Break the law, or help someone else break it, in Uruguay or where you are.
- Create material that sexualises children, or non-consensual sexual content of anyone.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against a person or group.
- Build or improve weapons, malware, exploits, or anything designed to cause physical or digital harm.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, forge documents or records, or generate reviews, endorsements or testimonials presented as genuine.
- Run deceptive campaigns — spam, phishing, scams, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or bulk unsolicited outreach.
- Scrape or process personal data you have no right to, or attempt to identify individuals from data that does not identify them.
- Produce legal, medical, or financial advice presented to others as professional advice from a qualified person.
- Make automated decisions about people — hiring, credit, housing, insurance, benefits — without meaningful human review.
Do not attack the service
- No probing, scanning, or attempting to break authentication, billing, or the per-task and per-plan limits.
- No reselling access, sharing accounts, or reselling generated output as your own AI service.
- No automated signups, disposable-address farming, or working around free-credit limits.
- No workloads deliberately built to exhaust our capacity or run up our costs.
Sensible limits
Each plan carries a daily task cap and a per-task spending ceiling. They exist to protect both of us — you from a runaway task, us from abuse. Working around them counts as a breach of this policy.
Enforcement
We may pause a task, suspend an account, or close it, depending on severity. For serious or repeated breaches we may act without notice and may decline to refund remaining credit. Where we are legally required to report something, we will.
If you think we got a decision wrong, write to legal@cadive.net and a person will look at it.
Reporting misuse
Email hello@cadive.net with what you saw and where. We take reports about safety and children's welfare first.
